Data Sending and Receiving Service under the Your Data Program

Siam Digital Lending Company Limited (Siam DL) acts as both a data sender and a data receiver under the Your Data program, in accordance with Bank of Thailand (BOT) Notification No. 47/2568 on the Supervisory Framework for Mechanisms Enabling Users to Exercise Their Right to Transfer Data within the Financial Institutions Sector.
Types of data the user may, with consent, exercise the right to send

Users may exercise the right to transfer their own data held by one service provider to another service provider for the purpose of applying for services. Service providers must comply with the rules and notifications relating to personal data protection, the security of information technology systems used for data transmission, and other applicable laws.
